- The child will then be allocated a holiday with a small group of children - all with compatible needs.
Group Personnel
- A Group Leader, Doctor and Senior Nurse will be appointed to each group and they, taking into consideration the specific needs of the individual children in the group, will select supporting helpers.
- Everyone who accompanies a group of children will do so on a voluntary basis subject to the rules and conditions of the charity.
Departure

- The children will have a final medical examination by the group Doctor to ensure they are fit to undertake and enjoy the holiday
Flights
- All flights will be by scheduled aircraft to the chosen destination.
- Prior arrangement between the group Doctor and the medical consultant for the airline concerned will provide all special in-flight requirements.

- Hotels will be selected according to the specific needs of the individual children.
- Only hotels, which have been visited and vetted by the N.H.F.'s representatives, will be used.
- All the transport needs for the children of each group will be arranged before the holiday.
Itinerary
- A suitably flexible itinerary will be planned for each group of children by the N.H.F.'s representative at the venue, in conjunction with the Group Leader, Doctor and Senior Nurse, the children's medical needs being an important factor in the planning of the holiday.
- Our 'sister' organisation NHF USA will be available for consultation prior to the trip arriving and to assist the group whilst they are in the Orlando area
